I’m Jacob, a Lead Product Designer based in Poland with 8+ years building and scaling B2B and B2C SaaS products, including Web3 platforms and data-driven tools. I lead design from an ambiguous problem to a shipped system, with a consistent focus on usability, scalability and measurable business outcomes.
I’ve led design for global teams and clients across the US and Europe: end-to-end experiences for Web3 ecosystems, dashboards and B2B SaaS products, including full design system builds and rebrands. Since 2023 I’ve run Prodular, a studio that leads product design for B2B and B2C SaaS companies in the US, where I manage and mentor a team of three designers.
What I care about: hierarchy over decoration, evidence next to the decision, and colour only where it means something. I like dense products and the discipline they demand.
- 01
Problem framing
I start with the questions a person asks in the moment that matters and let those set the information architecture. Screens come last.
- 02
Systems and design ops
Design systems built from scratch and kept alive, data models drawn before the interface, and tokens engineering can build against without guessing.
- 03
Interface craft
Dense, high-stakes UI with real hierarchy: typography, tabular numbers, state and motion. I build working React prototypes to test it at real size.
- 04
Leadership
Three designers managed and mentored, clients and stakeholders handled directly, and delivery owned from ambiguous brief to shipped system.
- Mar 2023 – Present
Prodular Studio
Founder & Lead Product DesignerEmbedded design partner to B2B and B2C SaaS companies in the US and EU. I own the work from the first interview to the shipped screen.
- Hired and lead a team of three designers, and set how the studio hires, runs critique and hands work to engineers.
- The studio runs AI-first. I prototype in code with AI pair-programming, so a client clicks through a real build instead of reading a flat file.
- Average engagement runs past 24 months, every client through referral.
- Apr 2023 – Dec 2025
Patterns (formerly Tokenguard)

- Built the design system from scratch and kept it alive for 7 developers.
- Led the Tokenguard to Patterns rebrand: product, marketing site, identity. Nine weeks, no downtime.
- Sep 2022 – Feb 2023

Looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer role on a team building something complex.
Remote or hybrid, working with teams in the US, the UK and across Europe. Strongest in B2B products with real operational density: fintech, security, AI systems and data-heavy SaaS. Product partnerships through Prodular are welcome too.
